The project:
The hotel was built in the 1980s and was owned by the famous Spanish businessman José Luis Moreno.
The purpose of the "Villa Bonemi Boutique Hotel & Restaurant" project is to offer the best accommodation service to national and foreign tourists seeking total customer satisfaction as a result of efficient work, with an exclusive and cordial service, offering a spacious, modern and novel place of excellent quality.
Reform:
The restoration project would consist of combining the modern with the traditional.
It is contemplated in the reform project, due to feasibility and investment issues that the reform and opening will be divided into two parts.
The first part will consist of 21 rooms. 12 superior rooms, one of which will be enabled to be used by clients with reduced mobility, 7 double suites with private terraces and 2 Deluxe rooms.
It will also have a reception with a lounge, bar, terrace, restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a large outdoor pool and parking for all customers.
The second part, which will be renovated in the future, will have 8 more rooms,
meeting room for 40 people, gym, indoor swimming pool, restaurant service complementary to that of the accommodation, to which clients who are not staying at the hotel will also have access.
The restaurant will have two rooms and an open terrace with capacity for 70 people and the possibility of extension for banquets or events of up to 200 people.
Simple & Elegant Design:
The farm is built in the Mediterranean style with traditional Spanish architectural elements and local materials.
The restoration project would consist of combining the modern with the traditional.
Most of the materials used will be from the region, tiles, marbles, furniture and decorative elements.
The exterior will be plastered in white, using the ?Tyrolean? technique and with dark gray elements in the crowning of the facades that are repeated on the doors and windows.
